2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

This one’s a classic and dangerously easy 😄
Here’s a creamy, no-fail 2-ingredient peanut butter fudge that sets perfectly every time.


🥜 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

That’s it. No baking. No stove.


Instructions

  1. Add peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave 30–40 seconds, just until warm and stirrable (not hot).
  3. Stir in powdered sugar until thick and smooth.
  4. Press mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or dish.
  5. Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy.

Tips for Perfect Fudge

  • Use regular peanut butter (not natural/runny) for best texture
  • If too soft: add 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • If too crumbly: add 1 tbsp peanut butter

Easy Variations

  • Sprinkle a little sea salt on top
  • Mix in mini chocolate chips
  • Add ½ tsp vanilla (still basically 2 ingredients 😉)

Storage

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week
  • Can be frozen for longer storage
