🍞 4-Ingredient Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)

Optional: 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey for slight sweetness


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk
    Pour in milk and stir until a sticky dough forms. Don’t overmix — it should be slightly lumpy.
  4. Shape & bake
    • Transfer dough to the loaf pan and smooth the top.
    • Bake 35–40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool & slice
    Let bread cool 10–15 minutes before slicing.

  • Add herbs, cheese, or garlic for a savory twist.
  • Use honey or mashed banana for a touch of sweetness.
  • This bread is best fresh, but you can store it in a sealed bag for 2–3 days or freeze slices.
