Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Crispy Roasted Cauliflower — golden brown, tender on the inside, crispy on the edges, and packed with flavor. It’s a healthy side dish or snack that pairs well with almost anything.


🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional for color & flavor)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional, for a crispy-cheesy finish)

  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat


🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat to 425°F (220°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

2. Prepare the Cauliflower:

  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  • For extra crispiness, spread the florets out in a single layer without overcrowding.

3. Roast:

  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are deeply golden and crispy.

  • For even more crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes, watching closely.

4. Finish & Serve:

  • Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan right after removing from the oven.

  • Serve hot with lemon wedges, dipping sauce, or over rice or salad.


🥣 Dipping Sauce Ideas:

  • Garlic aioli

  • Yogurt + lemon + herbs

  • Spicy sriracha mayo

  • Tahini sauce


✅ Tips:

  • Dry the cauliflower well after washing — moisture = steam = soggy.

  • Use high heat (425°F+) for maximum crispness.

  • Want it extra crunchy? Toss the florets in 1–2 tbsp of cornstarch before roasting.
