Air Fryer Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls

Here’s a fun, crispy, and creamy dessert recipe — Air Fryer Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls! 🍒🥮✨
They combine creamy cheesecake filling and sweet cherry pie filling inside a golden, crispy shell — all made lighter in the air fryer!


🧾 Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup cherry pie filling (or any pie filling you love!)

For the wrappers:

  • 10–12 egg roll wrappers

  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

  • Cooking spray or light oil for brushing

Optional toppings:

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

  • Melted white or dark chocolate for drizzling


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the cheesecake filling:

    • In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

  2. Assemble the egg rolls:

    • Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner pointing toward you (diamond shape).

    • Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheesecake filling and 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling into the center.

    • Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly toward the top corner.

    • Brush the top corner with a little beaten egg to seal.

    • Repeat with remaining wrappers.

  3. Air fry:

    • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

    • Lightly spray the basket with oil.

    • Place egg rolls in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

    • Lightly spray or brush the tops with oil.

    • Air fry for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.

  4. Cool and serve:

    • Let them cool a few minutes — the filling will be hot!

    • Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.


🍒 Tips & Variations

  • You can swap cherry for blueberry, strawberry, or apple pie filling.

  • Want extra crunch? Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the wrappers before air frying.

  • For a richer cheesecake flavor, mix in a spoonful of sour cream with the cream cheese.

  • These are best eaten warm, but leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for a few minutes to re-crisp.


🍨 Serving Ideas

Serve with:

  • Whipped cream

  • Vanilla ice cream

  • Or a drizzle of warm cherry syrup from the pie filling
