Air fryer shrimp? Great choice — quick, crispy, and healthy! Here’s a simple recipe for Air Fryer Shrimp that you can customize easily.


Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on or off)

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer: to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

  2. Prepare shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using.

  3. Arrange shrimp: Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd — cook in batches if needed.

  4. Cook: Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are pink and opaque.

  5. Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro.


Perfect for tacos, salads, pasta, or just on their own as a snack!
