Air Fryer Shrimp
Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on or off)

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat

Lemon wedges, for serving

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat air fryer: to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

Prepare shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using.

Arrange shrimp: Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd — cook in batches if needed.

Cook: Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro.
