Apple Cake in 5 Minutes
Ingredients

1 medium apple, peeled & finely diced

4 tbsp flour

2 tbsp sugar (white or brown)

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp oil or melted butter

1 egg
-
½ tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of salt
-
Optional: vanilla, nuts, raisins
Instructions

Mix wet ingredients in a microwave-safe mug or bowl: egg, milk, oil/butter, sugar, and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Stir until smooth.

Fold in apples (and any extras).

Microwave on high for 2½–3 minutes (check at 2 minutes; it should spring back when touched).
