  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)

  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves

  • 2–3 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1 small tomato, diced for garnish


Instructions

1. Prepare ingredients

  • Halve and pit avocados.

  • Roughly chop jalapeños (remove seeds if you want a milder dip).

  • Peel the garlic.


2. Blend

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine avocado, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, and sour cream (if using).

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.


3. Serve

  • Transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Optional: top with diced tomato, extra cilantro, or a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

  • For a thinner dip, add a splash of water or lime juice.
