🥦 Easy Baked Cauliflower

🛒 Ingredients:

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets

2–3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: fresh parsley or lemon juice for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven:
Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. Season the cauliflower:
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated. Add Parmesan if using.
3. Bake:
Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.
4. Finish & serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving (optional but brightens the flavor).
