Baked cauliflower

Here’s a super simple and delicious recipe for Baked Cauliflower — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor. It’s great as a side dish, snack, or even a low-carb alternative to roasted potatoes.


🥦 Easy Baked Cauliflower

🍽️ Serves: 4

⏱️ Time: 10 min prep + 25–30 min bake


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: fresh parsley or lemon juice for garnish


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven:

Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2. Season the cauliflower:

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated. Add Parmesan if using.

3. Bake:

Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.

4. Finish & serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving (optional but brightens the flavor).


🔄 Variations:

  • Spicy: Add a pinch of cayenne or chili flakes.

  • Cheesy: Top with shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.

  • Buffalo-style: Toss baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce for a spicy twist.
