Oh yes! 🧀🍞 Baked Cheese Bread is warm, gooey, and irresistible — soft on the inside with a cheesy, golden crust. Perfect as a snack, side, or appetizer.

🧀 Baked Cheese Bread

Ingredients

(Makes 1 loaf or 8–10 pieces)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

  • Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or chopped herbs (parsley, chives)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

2. Mix dry ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and optional garlic/herbs.

  • Stir in the grated cheese.

3. Mix wet ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter.

4. Combine

  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

  • Stir until just combined — don’t overmix.

5. Bake

  • Pour batter into prepared pan.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. Serve

  • Let cool 5–10 minutes before slicing.

  • Serve warm for maximum cheesy gooeyness.

💡 Tips

  • Use strong-flavored cheese like sharp cheddar or parmesan for more savory depth.

  • Add bacon bits or jalapeños for a flavor twist.

  • Sprinkle extra cheese on top before baking for a bubbly, golden crust.

If you want, I can also give a quick pull-apart version — bite-sized cheesy pieces perfect for parties or snacks. Do you want that?
