  • Optional add-ins: diced onions, bell peppers, spinach, ham, or herbs

  1. Preheat oven:

    • Set to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or oven-safe pan with butter or oil.

  2. Whisk eggs:
