Here’s a simple and satisfying Baked Omelette recipe — fluffy eggs loaded with your favorite mix-ins like cheese, veggies, and meats. It’s perfect for brunch, meal prep, or feeding a crowd with minimal effort!

🍳 Easy Baked Omelette

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs

  • ½ cup milk (whole or 2%)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or a blend)

  • ½ cup bell pepper, diced

  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped

  • ½ cup cooked ham, bacon, or sausage (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: chopped spinach, mushrooms, or tomatoes

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

🔹 1. Preheat & Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Grease a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch baking dish with butter, oil, or cooking spray.

🔹 2. Whisk the Eggs:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

🔹 3. Add the Fillings:

  • Stir in cheese, veggies, and cooked meats.

Tip: For even cooking, lightly sauté onions, peppers, or mushrooms beforehand.

🔹 4. Pour & Bake:

  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife comes out clean.

🔹 5. Cool & Serve:

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  • Serve warm with toast, fruit, or a side salad.

📝 Variations:

  • Low-carb: Add more veggies and skip the meat or cheese if desired.

  • Make-ahead: Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze in portions.

  • Mini omelettes: Use a muffin tin for individual servings (bake ~18–20 minutes).
