  • Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

2. Make the Beef Gravy:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt beef drippings or butter.

  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Stir in flour to make a roux; cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • Gradually whisk in beef broth, avoiding lumps.

  • Simmer until thickened, about 4–6 minutes.
