Big Mac Wraps

Posted on October 15, 2025 by Admin
Here’s a quick and fun twist on a fast food favorite — Big Mac Wraps! You get all the iconic Big Mac flavors (seasoned beef, special sauce, pickles, and cheese) rolled up in a warm tortilla. It’s easier, less messy, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

🍔🌯 Big Mac Wraps

🧾 Ingredients (Makes 4 Wraps):

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 or lean)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size or wraps of choice)

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup diced onions

  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles (or chopped)

  • Optional: diced tomatoes (not traditional, but tasty)

For the “Special Sauce” (Big Mac–Style):

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1 tbsp ketchup (optional but tasty)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp white vinegar (optional for tang)

🔪 Instructions:

1. Make the sauce:

Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Chill in the fridge while you cook the beef — it gets better as it sits.

2. Cook the ground beef:

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned and cooked through (7–10 minutes).

  • Drain excess grease.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional onion/garlic powder.

3. Warm the tortillas:

  • Microwave for 15–20 seconds or heat briefly in a dry skillet to make them more pliable.

4. Assemble the wraps:

Layer in each tortilla:

  • A spoonful of sauce

  • Ground beef

  • Cheese

  • Lettuce

  • Onions

  • Pickles

  • Drizzle with more sauce on top

5. Wrap & Serve:

  • Fold in the sides and roll like a burrito, or fold like a flat wrap.

  • Optionally, grill seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes to crisp.

📝 Tips & Variations:

  • Low-carb? Use low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps.

  • Meal prep? Store all components separately and build wraps when ready to eat.

  • Make it spicy: Add jalapeños or hot sauce to the sauce.

  • Double decker style: Add a second tortilla layer with cheese between and grill like a quesadilla.
