🍔 Big Mac Wraps
Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 10–12 mins
🛒 Ingredients:
For the Wraps:
-
1 lb ground beef (80/20 or lean)
-
4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
-
1 cup shredded lettuce
-
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
¼ cup dill pickles, chopped
-
½ small onion, finely diced
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
Optional: sesame seeds for that “burger bun” feel
For the Big Mac Sauce (copycat):
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
2 tbsp ketchup
-
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
-
1 tsp yellow mustard
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp paprika
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Sauce
-
In a small bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use (gets better as it sits!).
2. Cook the Beef
-
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until fully browned.
-
Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
3. Assemble the Wraps
-
Warm tortillas slightly for easier rolling.
-
On each tortilla, layer:
-
A few spoonfuls of beef
-
Shredded lettuce
-
Cheese
-
Pickles
-
A generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce
-
4. Wrap It Up
-
Roll like a burrito: fold sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom.
-
Optional: toast the wraps in a skillet or grill pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
🧊 Meal Prep Tips:
-
Store components separately and assemble fresh to avoid soggy wraps.
-
Sauce lasts up to 1 week in the fridge.
🔄 Variations:
-
Make it a lettuce wrap for a low-carb option
-
Add tomato slices, jalapeños, or crispy bacon
-
Swap beef for ground turkey or plant-based crumbles
