BLT Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

Posted on October 21, 2025 by Admin
BLT Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps are a fresh, low-carb twist on two classic favorites — the BLT and egg salad sandwich — but without the bread. They’re crisp, creamy, smoky, and seriously satisfying.

🥬🥓🍳 BLT Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

For the Egg Salad:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: a pinch of smoked paprika or garlic powder

BLT Add-ins:

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or chopped

  • Optional: diced avocado for extra creaminess

Wraps:

  • Large lettuce leaves (butter lettuce, romaine, or iceberg work best)

  • Extra tomato slices or avocado for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Make egg salad: In a medium bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and any seasoning you like. Stir in chopped tomatoes and bacon (and avocado if using).

  2. Prep lettuce leaves: Wash and dry the lettuce well so it holds the filling.

  3. Assemble wraps: Spoon the egg salad mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf.

  4. Serve: Garnish with extra tomato, bacon, or avocado on top if you like. Serve cold and enjoy!

Tips:

  • These are great for meal prep — store egg salad separately and assemble wraps fresh.

  • For extra crunch, add some diced celery or shredded carrots.

  • Want more flavor? Try a drizzle of ranch or hot sauce before wrapping.
