Ingredients:
For the Egg Salad:

6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: a pinch of smoked paprika or garlic powder
BLT Add-ins:

6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or chopped

Optional: diced avocado for extra creaminess
Wraps:

Large lettuce leaves (butter lettuce, romaine, or iceberg work best)

Extra tomato slices or avocado for topping (optional)
Instructions:

Make egg salad: In a medium bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and any seasoning you like. Stir in chopped tomatoes and bacon (and avocado if using).

Prep lettuce leaves: Wash and dry the lettuce well so it holds the filling.

Assemble wraps: Spoon the egg salad mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf.
