🔪 Instructions:
1. Prep ingredients:

Thinly slice cabbage and crack eggs into a bowl. Lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
2. Cook the eggs:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Pour in eggs and scramble just until cooked.

Remove eggs and set aside.
3. Sauté the cabbage:
