Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb (450 g) fresh asparagus, trimmed

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • 200°C / 400°F for roasting

  2. Prepare asparagus
    • Wash and trim tough ends
    • Pat dry
