Here’s a quick, melty, and flavor-packed recipe for Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps 🧄🧀🌯 — perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!

🧄 Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (rotisserie works great)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or a blend of mozzarella and cheddar)

  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano and parsley)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch size)

  • Optional: baby spinach, tomatoes, or bacon bits for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Make the garlic butter:
In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 30–60 seconds until fragrant (don’t brown). Remove from heat and stir in Italian seasoning.

  2. Prepare the chicken filling:
In a bowl, mix together chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, half of the shredded cheese, and a spoonful of the garlic butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Assemble the wraps:

    • Lay out the tortillas.

    • Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each.

    • Add extra cheese and optional fillings (spinach, tomato slices, bacon, etc.).

    • Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.

  4. Cook the wraps:

    • Brush the outside of each wrap with the remaining garlic butter.

    • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

    • Toast each wrap 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.

  5. Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm — great with ranch dressing, marinara, or garlic aioli for dipping.

Tips & Variations

  • 🌶️ Spicy version: Add a dash of hot sauce or pepper jack cheese to the filling.

  • 🧀 Extra cheesy: Sprinkle grated parmesan on the outside before toasting.

  • 🍗 Meal prep: Wrap in foil and refrigerate up to 3 days, then reheat in a skillet or air fryer for a quick meal.

Would you like me to give you an air fryer version of these wraps (crispy on the outside, gooey inside)?
