🧀 Cheesy Sausage Hashbrown Bake

🛒 Ingredients:

1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)

1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a cheddar blend)

½ cup Parmesan cheese (optional for flavor boost)

1 small onion, diced

8 large eggs

1 cup milk (whole or 2%)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: chopped green onions or bell peppers

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook Sausage

In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.

Add onion (and bell peppers, if using) and cook until soft.

Drain any excess grease.
3. Mix the Bake

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in hash browns, cooked sausage mixture, and cheeses.

4. Bake
