Chocolate bar — simple, classic, and endlessly versatile! Whether you want to enjoy a plain bar, bake with it, or explore fancy flavors, here’s a quick guide:

🍫 Chocolate Bar Basics

Types of Chocolate Bars:

  • Milk Chocolate: Sweet, creamy, mild cocoa flavor.

  • Dark Chocolate: Richer, more bitter, higher cocoa content (usually 50%+).

  • White Chocolate: Sweet, made from cocoa butter, sugar, and milk solids, no cocoa solids.

  • Ruby Chocolate: Fruity, pink-hued, relatively new on the scene.

  • Flavored Bars: Add-ins like nuts, caramel, sea salt, fruit, or spices.

Popular Uses:

  • Eat straight as a snack or treat.

  • Chop and add to cookies, brownies, cakes, or muffins.

  • Melt for sauces, ganache, or hot chocolate.

  • Use in candy making or decorative desserts.

  2. Pour into silicone molds or a parchment-lined pan.
