🥛 Cinnamon & Fresh Milk Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh milk (whole or 2% for creamier texture)

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra for garnish

  • 1 shot (1–1.5 oz) espresso or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee

  • 1–2 tsp sugar or sweetener (optional)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat and froth milk:

    • In a small saucepan, gently heat milk over medium-low heat until steaming (do not boil).

    • Whisk vigorously or use a milk frother to create foam.

  2. Add cinnamon:

    • Stir ½ tsp ground cinnamon and vanilla extract (if using) into the milk until fully incorporated.

  3. Prepare coffee:

    • Brew a shot of espresso or make strong coffee. Sweeten if desired.

  4. Assemble latte:

    • Pour the coffee into a mug.

    • Slowly add the frothed milk, holding back foam with a spoon.

    • Spoon foam on top and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon for garnish.
