All the gooey cinnamon-sugar vibes, but faster and dangerously poppable.
Cinnamon Roll Bites (Quick & Easy)
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla (optional)
Cream Cheese Glaze (optional but 🔥)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat
Heat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Grease a mini muffin tin or baking dish. - Prep dough
Roll dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter. - Cinnamon sugar
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over dough. - Roll & cut
Roll tightly into a log.
Cut into 1-inch pieces. - Bake
Place bites cut-side up.
Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly. - Glaze
Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth.
Drizzle over warm bites.
No-roll shortcut version
- Cut dough into squares
- Toss with butter + cinnamon sugar
- Bake in a dish and drizzle glaze
Make-them-amazing tips
- Add chopped pecans or walnuts
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt for contrast
- Brush with extra butter right out of the oven
Variations
- Air fryer: 180°C / 360°F for 7–9 minutes
- Pumpkin spice: swap cinnamon for pumpkin spice
- Apple pie bites: add tiny apple dice
