Cinnamon sugar biscuit bites

Posted on December 11, 2025 by Admin
Here’s a quick, easy, dangerously delicious recipe for Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites — soft on the inside, crunchy and buttery on the outside, and totally irresistible. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a sweet snack!

🍪✨ Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

⭐ Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands or similar)

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1–2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • Optional:

    • ¼ cup brown sugar (for deeper caramel flavor)

    • Cream cheese icing or caramel sauce for dipping

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat

  • Oven to 350°F (175°C)

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a pan.

2. Prepare the Dough

  • Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces (bite-size).

3. Make the Cinnamon Sugar

  • Mix sugar + cinnamon in a bowl.

  • If using brown sugar, stir it in too.

4. Dip & Coat

  • Dip each dough piece in melted butter.

  • Roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.

5. Bake

  • Spread bites on the baking sheet (don’t overcrowd).

  • Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffed.

6. Optional Finishes

  • Drizzle with cream cheese icing

  • Toss in extra cinnamon sugar after baking

  • Serve with maple syrup, caramel, or vanilla glaze

😍 Tips for Perfection

  • For a sticky monkey-bread effect: bake them close together in a round pan.

  • For extra crispiness: broil the top for 1 minute at the end (watch carefully).

  • Add a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom for a bakery-style flavor upgrade.

🍽️ Serving Ideas

  • Weekend brunch

  • Holiday breakfast

  • After-school snack

  • Quick dessert with ice cream

If you want, I can also make:
