🧾 Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf:

2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)

1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Optional: 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
For the Glaze:

1/3 cup ketchup

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp mustard or apple cider vinegar
🔪 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven:

Set to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix meatloaf:

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire, ketchup, salt, and pepper.

Mix until just combined — don’t overwork it.
3. Shape & glaze:

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.

In a small bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients and spread over the top of the meatloaf.
4. Bake:

Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
