  • 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for texture & nutrition)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Fresh fruit or toasted coconut flakes for garnish (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in shredded coconut and chia seeds (if using).

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken and chill.
