🍗 Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken

🧂 Ingredients:
For the Crispy Chicken:

2 large eggs, beaten

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

⅓ cup honey
-
¼ cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening, optional)
🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the Chicken:

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Dip each piece in beaten egg, then coat in cornstarch until fully covered.

2. Fry Until Crispy:

Heat oil in a deep skillet or pan (about 1 inch deep) over medium-high heat.
