Got it! Here’s a simple and delicious Cup Muffins Recipe — muffins baked in individual paper or silicone cups. Perfectly portioned, fluffy, and easy to customize!


🧁 Basic Cup Muffins Recipe

🍽️ Makes: 12 standard muffins

⏱️ Time: ~30–35 minutes


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional mix-ins: 1 cup blueberries, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone cups.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and gently mix until just combined. Don’t overmix!

  5. Fold in any optional mix-ins if using.

  6. Divide batter evenly among the 12 cups (about 2/3 full).

  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.


Variations:

  • Blueberry Cup Muffins: Fold in fresh or frozen blueberries.

  • Chocolate Chip: Add 1 cup chocolate chips.

  • Banana Nut: Substitute 1 mashed ripe banana for 1/4 cup milk, add chopped nuts.

  • Lemon Poppy Seed: Add zest of 1 lemon and 1 tbsp poppy seeds.
