Deviled Strawberries

Posted on October 16, 2025 by Admin

Deviled Strawberries are a fun, no-bake twist on deviled eggs — but sweet! 🍓 These cute little treats feature halved strawberries filled with a rich, creamy cheesecake-style filling, often piped in to look extra fancy. They’re perfect for parties, brunches, or Valentine’s Day.

🍓 Deviled Strawberries

🍽 Servings: 12–16 strawberry halves

⏱ Prep Time: 15–20 minutes

(No baking required!)

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (about 12–16 large strawberries)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (or more to taste)

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (or milk, for thinning)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional:

    • ½ tsp lemon zest or juice (for brightness)

    • Graham cracker crumbs, for topping

    • Mini chocolate chips or sprinkles, for fun

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep the strawberries:

  • Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly.

  • Slice each one in half lengthwise.

  • Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop out a bit of the center to create space for the filling.

2. Make the filling:

  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream; beat until light and fluffy.

  • Adjust sweetness or texture to your liking (add a touch more cream if needed).

3. Pipe or spoon into strawberries:

  • Spoon filling into a piping bag (or use a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off).

  • Pipe filling into each strawberry half.

4. Top and serve:

  • Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of chocolate.

  • Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best texture.

✅ Tips & Variations:

  • Make ahead: Assemble a few hours ahead and keep refrigerated.

  • Flavor twist: Add a spoonful of Nutella or peanut butter to the filling.

  • Low-carb option: Use a sugar-free sweetener and skip the graham crumbs.

  • For extra indulgence, dip the strawberry bottoms in melted chocolate and chill to set before filling.

Would you like a lemon cheesecake version, or one with a boozy twist (like Baileys or Kahlúa)?
