Here’s a super simple, no-bake, crowd-pleasing Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert — creamy, sweet, and with a lovely coconut texture. Perfect for when you want something quick but delicious!


🥥🍮 Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk (or use thick coconut cream for richness)

  • 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut (desiccated or fresh)

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional toppings: toasted coconut flakes, chopped nuts, or fresh fruit


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients:

    • In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, shredded coconut, and vanilla.

    • If using cornstarch, dissolve it in 2 tbsp of coconut milk or water and add to the pot.

  2. Cook:

    • Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.

    • Cook until thickened and creamy, about 10–15 minutes.

    • It should coat the back of a spoon.

  3. Cool:

    • Pour the mixture into small serving dishes or a single dish.

    • Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

  4. Serve:

    • Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, chopped nuts, or fresh fruit if desired.

    • Enjoy chilled!


🧁 Variations:

  • Add a squeeze of lime juice or zest for a citrusy twist.

  • Stir in a handful of crushed pineapple for a tropical flavor.

  • Top with a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
