Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert

Posted on October 22, 2025 by Admin
Absolutely! Here’s an easy coconut and condensed milk dessert that comes together with just a few ingredients—no baking required!

🥥 Easy Coconut & Condensed Milk Balls (No-Bake Dessert)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups desiccated coconut (plus more for rolling)

  • 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Mix:
In a large bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Mix until everything is fully combined and forms a sticky dough.

  2. Chill (optional):
Place mixture in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to make it easier to handle.

  3. Shape:
Roll mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter), then roll them in extra coconut to coat.

  4. Set:
Place on a tray lined with parchment and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  5. Serve or Store:
Enjoy cold or at room temp. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

✨ Variations:

  • Dip in melted chocolate for a homemade Bounty-style treat.

  • Add crushed nuts, like almonds or pistachios, to the mixture.

  • Mix in a bit of lime zest for a tropical twist.

  • Use toasted coconut for a nuttier flavor.

Would you like a baked version or a layered traybake-style coconut dessert instead?
