Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Mix until everything is fully combined and forms a sticky dough. -

Roll mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter), then roll them in extra coconut to coat. -
