1 egg

2 tbsp milk or water

½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers (for extra crunch)

2–3 tbsp oil (vegetable, olive, or butter for frying)

🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the Fish:

Pat fillets dry with paper towels.

Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika or lemon pepper if using.
2. Set Up Breading Station:

Place flour on one plate.

Beat egg with milk in a shallow bowl.

Put breadcrumbs or crushed crackers on another plate.
3. Bread the Fillets:

Dredge each fillet in flour → dip in egg → coat in breadcrumbs.
