FRESH CUCUMBER LEMONADE

Here’s a refreshing and super easy recipe for Fresh Cucumber Lemonade — crisp, cool, and perfect for hot days or a spa-style drink. 🥒🍋✨


🧂 Ingredients (makes about 4 servings)

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)

  • 1/2 cup sugar, honey, or agave (adjust to taste)

  • 4 cups cold water (or sparkling water for fizz)

  • Ice, for serving

  • Optional: fresh mint leaves or lemon slices for garnish


🧃 Instructions

  1. Blend the cucumber

    • Add chopped cucumber and 1 cup of water to a blender.

    • Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother drink.

  2. Make the lemonade base

    • In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice and sugar.

    • Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.

  3. Mix it all together

    • Add the cucumber juice and remaining cold water to the pitcher.

    • Stir to combine and taste — adjust sweetness or tartness as you like.

  4. Serve

    • Pour over ice and garnish with cucumber slices, lemon wheels, or mint sprigs.


🌿 Variations

  • Sparkling version: Use sparkling water or club soda instead of still water.

  • Cucumber-mint lemonade: Blend a few fresh mint leaves with the cucumber.

  • Cucumber-limeade: Swap lemons for limes for a tangier twist.

  • Cucumber lemonade slush: Blend with ice for a frozen treat.
