Here’s a simple, flavorful Garlic Butter Beef Pasta recipe—rich, comforting, and ready in about 30 minutes 🍝🥩🧄

🥩 Garlic Butter Beef Pasta

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 250–300 g (8–10 oz) pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
  • 300–400 g (10–14 oz) beef (sirloin, flank, or ground beef)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan, parsley, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta
    • Boil salted water, cook pasta al dente
    • Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain
  2. Cook beef
    • Cut beef into thin strips (or use ground beef)
    • Season with salt & pepper
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear beef 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through
    • Remove beef, set aside
  3. Make garlic butter sauce
    • In the same skillet, melt butter
    • Add minced garlic, sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant
    • Optional: add a pinch of red pepper flakes
  4. Combine
    • Return beef to skillet
    • Add cooked pasta and toss
    • Add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed
  5. Serve
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan and chopped parsley
    • Serve hot

Tips & Variations

  • Creamy version: stir in ¼ cup heavy cream with the butter
  • Veggies: toss in spinach, mushrooms, or cherry tomatoes
  • Cheesy: melt mozzarella over the top before serving

This dish is fast, flavorful, and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

If you want, I can also give a one-pan version where the pasta cooks directly in the garlic butter beef sauce—less cleanup!
