You’re in for a treat! 🧄🧀 Garlic Cheese Bombs are soft, fluffy rolls stuffed with gooey cheese and brushed with garlic butter — perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or party snack. They’re super easy to make, especially with pre-made dough.

🧄🧀 Garlic Cheese Bombs

Yields: 12 bombs
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 12–15 min
Total Time: ~25 min

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands) or pizza dough

  • 12 small cubes of mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried parsley (or Italian seasoning)

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prep the Dough:

  • Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces (or divide pizza dough into 12 balls).

  • Flatten each piece slightly into a circle.

3. Stuff with Cheese:

  • Place a cube of cheese in the center of each dough round.

  • Fold and pinch edges to seal completely, forming a ball.

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

4. Brush with Garlic Butter:

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

  • Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter.

5. Bake:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

6. Finish & Serve:

  • Optional: Brush again with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan while hot.

  • Serve warm — cheese will be melty inside!

🧀 Dipping Sauce Ideas:

  • Warm marinara

  • Ranch

  • Garlic aioli

  • Spicy sriracha mayo

🔁 Tips & Variations:

  • Add pepperoni inside for a pizza-flavored twist

  • Use crescent roll dough for a flakier texture

  • Make mini versions for party platters

  • Try different cheeses like gouda, brie, or jalapeño jack
