🧂 Ingredients:

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands) or pizza dough

12 small cubes of mozzarella or cheddar cheese

2 tbsp melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp dried parsley (or Italian seasoning)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Pinch of salt
🍳 Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prep the Dough:

Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces (or divide pizza dough into 12 balls).

Flatten each piece slightly into a circle.
3. Stuff with Cheese:

Place a cube of cheese in the center of each dough round.

Fold and pinch edges to seal completely, forming a ball.

Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
4. Brush with Garlic Butter:

Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter.
5. Bake:

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
6. Finish & Serve:

Optional: Brush again with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan while hot.
