Garlic Ritz Snacks

Here’s a quick, addictive little snack you can whip up in minutes: Garlic Ritz Snacks — buttery, garlicky, and perfectly crisp. These are fantastic for parties, game days, or just snacking on the couch.


🧄🧈 Garlic Ritz Crackers Snack Bites

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Bake Time: 10–12 minutes
Total Time: ~15–20 minutes
Yields: About 30 snack bites


🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers)

  • ¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh, chopped)

  • Pinch of salt (optional — Ritz are already salty)


🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2. Make Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), parsley, and Parmesan if using.

3. Coat the Crackers:

  • Place crackers in a large bowl or lay them out on the baking sheet.

  • Drizzle or brush the garlic butter over each cracker evenly.

  • Flip and coat the other side if you want them extra garlicky and buttery.

4. Bake:

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crisp.

  • Let cool slightly — they’ll crisp up more as they cool.


🧊 Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 5 days (if they last that long!).


🔁 Variations:

  • Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning or chili flakes.

  • Swap Parmesan with shredded cheddar before baking for a cheesy twist.

  • Make mini cracker sandwiches with cream cheese or herbed spread between two Ritz, then brush with garlic butter and bake.
