Absolutely! 😋 Here’s a tried-and-true Grilled Chicken & Cheese Wrap recipe — warm, melty, and packed with flavor. It’s easy to make, perfect for lunch or dinner, and totally customizable.

🐔 Grilled Chicken & Cheese Wrap

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

🧀 Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch burrito-size)

  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
(freshly grilled, rotisserie, or leftover chicken works great)

  • ½–1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, mozzarella, or pepper jack)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for grilling)

  • Optional add-ins:

    • 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise, ranch, or chipotle mayo

    • Sliced tomatoes or avocado

    • Fresh spinach or lettuce

    • Grilled peppers or onions for extra flavor

    • Hot sauce or BBQ sauce for a flavor twist

🔥 Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken:
If using raw chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
    Slice thinly.

  2. Assemble the wrap:

    • Lay out the tortillas.

    • Spread mayo, ranch, or sauce down the center.

    • Layer chicken, cheese, and any add-ins.

    • Fold the sides in and roll tightly like a burrito.

  3. Grill the wrap:

    • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

    • Add a bit of olive oil or butter.

    • Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden, crisp, and the cheese is melted.

  4. Serve:
Slice in half and enjoy warm with a dipping sauce like:

    • Ranch

    • Honey mustard

    • Chipotle mayo

    • Garlic aioli

🌯 Variations

  • Buffalo Chicken Wrap: Toss chicken in buffalo sauce and add ranch + mozzarella.

  • BBQ Chicken Wrap: Add BBQ sauce, cheddar, and red onions.

  • Southwest Style: Add corn, black beans, and pepper jack cheese.

  • Greek Wrap: Add feta, cucumbers, and tzatziki sauce instead of ranch.

💡 Tips

  • Want it lighter? Use a whole-wheat or low-carb tortilla and reduced-fat cheese.

  • You can make these ahead and reheat in a panini press or air fryer for a quick meal.
