    • Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (~5–7 minutes).

  2. Sauté vegetables:

    • Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet.

  3. Add cabbage:

    • Stir in chopped cabbage (and optional shredded carrots).

  4. Cook until tender:
