Instructions
1. Cook the beef mixture

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and sauté 2–3 minutes until translucent.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds more.

Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.

Stir in oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Sauté the peppers & onions
