Ingredients
- 2–3 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk (cold)
- 1 package Maria cookies or graham crackers
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice (optional, for balance)
Instructions
- Blend mangoes, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- In a dish or pan, layer cookies at the bottom.
- Pour a layer of mango cream over the cookies.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mango cream on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
- Slice and serve cold.

Tips
