Homemade Mango Carlota

Here’s a Homemade Mango Carlota recipe (no baking needed and very easy):

🥭 Homemade Mango Carlota

Ingredients

  • 2–3 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk (cold)
  • 1 package Maria cookies or graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice (optional, for balance)

Instructions

  1. Blend mangoes, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a dish or pan, layer cookies at the bottom.
  3. Pour a layer of mango cream over the cookies.
  4. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mango cream on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
  6. Slice and serve cold.

Optional Toppings

  • Mango slices
  • Crushed cookies
  • Whipped cream

Tips

  • Use very ripe mangoes for the best flavor
  • Chill the evaporated milk beforehand for extra creaminess
  • You can make it in cups for individual servings
