⏱ Total Time: 15 minutes

✅ One skillet | Sweet & savory | Family-friendly

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn, thawed (or 3 cups fresh/canned, drained)

  • 2 oz cream cheese (about ¼ block), softened

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes or paprika for a mild kick

  • Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Melt honey & butter:

    • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together until bubbly.

  2. Add corn:

    • Stir in the corn and cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden in spots.

  3. Make it creamy:

    • Add the cream cheese and stir until fully melted and combined.

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Finish & serve:

    • Remove from heat.
