🍔🥧 Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

🧂 Ingredients:

1 small onion, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup Bisquick (or similar baking mix)

1. Preheat Oven:

2. Cook Beef Mixture:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned.

3. Assemble in Pie Dish:

Spread beef mixture evenly into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
