Low-Point Oreo Fluff

Posted on October 21, 2025 by Admin
Here’s a Low-Point Oreo Fluff recipe that’s perfect for anyone following a WW (formerly Weight Watchers) plan or just looking for a lighter dessert that still hits the sweet spot.

🍨 Low-Point Oreo Fluff

🕒 Prep Time: 10 minutes

❄️ Chill Time: 1–2 hours (for best texture)

🍽️ Servings: 6

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 package sugar-free fat-free instant pudding mix (usually vanilla or cheesecake flavor — 1 oz box)

  • 2 cups fat-free milk (or unsweetened almond milk for fewer points — but check compatibility with pudding mix)

  • 1 (8 oz) tub fat-free or light whipped topping (like Cool Whip Free)

  • 6–8 reduced-fat Oreo thins or Oreo minis, crushed

  • Optional: A few tablespoons of plain nonfat Greek yogurt for a tangier flavor and protein boost

  • Optional: Sugar-free chocolate chips or a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup (adds points)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix pudding:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).

  2. Add Cool Whip:
Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.

  3. Crush and mix Oreos:
Gently stir in most of the crushed Oreos (save a few for topping).

  4. Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to let it thicken and the flavors blend.

  5. Serve:
Scoop into small bowls or dessert cups. Sprinkle with the remaining Oreo crumbles before serving.

📊 WW Points Estimate (per serving):

Depending on your plan and brand choices:

  • 2–4 WW points per serving (if using fat-free Cool Whip, almond milk, and sugar-free pudding)

  • Always double-check using your app or recipe builder for the most accurate points!

📝 Tips & Variations:

  • Use cheesecake or chocolate pudding mix for flavor variety.

  • Add in a few chopped strawberries or bananas for extra flavor.

  • Want more protein? Mix in nonfat Greek yogurt with the pudding base.
