🥭 No-Bake Mango Cream Dessert

Light, creamy, tropical, and no oven required!
🛒 Ingredients:

2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (or 2 cups canned mango pulp)

1 cup heavy cream (or whipped topping like Cool Whip)

½ cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)

½ tsp vanilla extract

Juice of ½ a lemon (optional – brightens the flavor)

Optional toppings: chopped mango, mint, crushed cookies, nuts, or coconut flakes

1. Blend the Base

In a blender or food processor, blend mango pieces into a smooth puree.

Add condensed milk and lemon juice (if using), and blend until well mixed.
2. Whip the Cream

In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form (or use Cool Whip directly).

Gently fold mango mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined.
3. Chill and Serve

Spoon into serving glasses, ramekins, or a large bowl.

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set and chill.
