Here’s a super easy and wildly popular recipe for Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast — a baked chicken dish that’s juicy, flavorful, and coated in a creamy, savory topping that forms a golden crust as it bakes. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy dinners!


🍗 Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (for color and flavor)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or extra Parmesan


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. Mix the topping:
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Prepare the chicken:
    Place chicken breasts in the baking dish.
    Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each piece — it acts as a marinade and topping.

  4. Bake:
    Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and topping is golden brown.

  5. Optional – broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a more browned, bubbly top.

  6. Garnish & serve:
    Sprinkle with parsley or more Parmesan if desired. Serve hot with rice, pasta, roasted veggies, or salad.


✅ Tips & Variations:

  • Greek yogurt option: Swap half or all of the mayo for plain Greek yogurt to cut fat/calories and add tang.

  • Add a dash of hot sauce or Dijon mustard to the topping for extra zip.

  • Try with boneless thighs for even more juiciness (just adjust cook time).
