My 2 point Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Here’s a 2-point Fruit and Yogurt Parfait that’s perfect for WW (formerly Weight Watchers) — light, delicious, and satisfying! This recipe uses zero-point ingredients strategically, and just a small amount of higher-point add-ins to stay at 2 points total (Blue, Green, or Purple plans).


🍓 2-Point Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

💙 WW Points: 2 (check your plan/app for variations)


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt – 0 points

  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) – 0 points

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup – 1 point

  • 2 tablespoons low-fat granola – 1 point

  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or a drop of vanilla extract – 0 points


🍽 Instructions:

  1. Layer ingredients in a jar or bowl:

    • Spoon half of the yogurt into the bottom.

    • Add a layer of berries.

    • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola.

    • Repeat layers.

  2. Drizzle with honey (or syrup), and top with remaining granola if desired.

  3. Serve immediately for crunch, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours if you prefer it softer.


✅ Tips & Variations:

  • Swap granola for 1 crushed low-point cereal bar or crushed graham crackers.

  • Add a few sliced bananas or kiwi (still 0 points).

  • Use flavored, low-calorie yogurt (like light vanilla Greek yogurt) — just check points!

  • For more protein, increase yogurt to ¾ or 1 cup (still 0 points if using plain nonfat Greek).
