Instructions
1. Prepare crust (optional)
Mix vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter. Press a spoonful into the bottom of each serving cup or jar.
2. Make cheesecake layer
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in whipped cream until combined and fluffy.
3. Prepare pudding
Whisk instant pudding mix with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
4. Assemble cups
Start with a layer of banana slices over the crust.
Add a layer of cheesecake mixture, then a layer of pudding.
Repeat layers as desired, finishing with pudding or cheesecake on top.
5. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let it set and flavors meld.
6. Garnish and serve
Top with vanilla wafers, banana slices, and whipped cream before serving.
