Here’s a quick and easy recipe for No-Bake Butterfinger Balls – perfect for a sweet treat without turning on the oven!


🍫 No-Bake Butterfinger Balls Recipe

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars (about 3-4 fun-size bars or 2 full-size bars)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (for smoother chocolate coating)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix the base:

    • In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, crushed Butterfinger, and vanilla extract (if using) until well combined. It should form a thick, dough-like consistency.

  2. Shape the balls:

    • Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch in size).

    • Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.

    • Freeze or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.

  3. Melt the chocolate:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

  4. Dip the balls:

    • Using a fork or toothpick, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and coat evenly.

    • Let excess chocolate drip off before placing them back on the parchment.

  5. Chill again:

    • Refrigerate until the chocolate is set (about 20 minutes).

  6. Optional garnish:

    • Drizzle with extra melted chocolate or sprinkle a little more crushed Butterfinger on top before the coating sets.


🧊 Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months.
