No Bake Coconut Cream Balls

Posted on October 15, 2025 by Admin
Here’s a super simple and satisfying recipe for No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls — soft, sweet, and full of coconut flavor. They’re perfect for holidays, parties, or just a quick treat when you’re craving something rich and creamy.

🥥 No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls

🍴 Makes: 20–24 balls

⏲️ Total Time: 15–20 minutes (plus chilling)

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened (optional, for extra richness)
  • Pinch of salt
Optional Coatings:
  • Melted chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • Extra shredded coconut (for rolling)
  • Powdered sugar or cocoa powder

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix the Base:
    • In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, butter (if using), and a pinch of salt.
    • Stir until fully combined and sticky. The mixture should be thick enough to shape.
  2. Shape into Balls:
    • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.
    • Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes to firm up before coating or serving.
  4. Optional – Coat or Dip:
    • Roll in extra coconut, dip in melted chocolate, or dust with powdered sugar.
    • If dipping in chocolate, return to the fridge for another 15–20 minutes to set.

🧊 Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Freeze for up to 2 months — thaw in the fridge before serving.

✅ Tips & Variations:

  • Add chopped almonds or a whole almond inside for an Almond Joy vibe.
  • Use unsweetened coconut and adjust the condensed milk to avoid over-sweetness.
  • Add lemon or orange zest for a citrusy twist.
  • Make it festive with colored sprinkles or crushed peppermint.

Let me know if you’d like a low-carb/keto version, or one with cream cheese or coconut oil instead!
