1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, oats (if using), baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, mix applesauce, Greek yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

Pour wet ingredients into dry and gently fold together until just combined (don’t overmix).

Gently fold in blueberries (and lemon zest if using).
