Posted on October 22, 2025 by Admin
Absolutely! Oven-Baked Glazed Honey Garlic Sausages are sweet, savory, sticky, and incredibly easy to make. This recipe transforms everyday sausages into a flavorful, crowd-pleasing dish — perfect with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies.

🍯🧄 Oven-Baked Glazed Honey Garlic Sausages

Ingredients:

  • 6–8 sausages (pork, chicken, beef, or plant-based – your choice)

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional, for depth)

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (for balance)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

  • Fresh parsley or green onion, for garnish

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish or tray with foil or parchment for easy cleanup.

  2. Prep the Sausages:
Place sausages in a single layer in the dish. If they’re thick, you can score them with a knife to help absorb the glaze.

  3. Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together:

    • Honey

    • Soy sauce

    • Minced garlic

    • Dijon mustard

    • Vinegar/lemon juice

    • Olive oil

    • (Optional) Red pepper flakes

  4. Glaze & Bake:

    • Pour half the glaze over the sausages and toss or brush to coat.

    • Bake for 20 minutes.

    • Remove from oven, flip sausages, and brush with remaining glaze.

    • Return to oven and bake another 10–15 minutes, or until sausages are cooked through and sticky/golden.

  5. Caramelize (Optional):

    • Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra caramelization, watching closely to avoid burning.

  6. Serve:

    • Let rest for 5 minutes.

    • Slice or serve whole, topped with chopped parsley or green onions.

🥗 Serving Ideas:

  • Over steamed rice or garlic mashed potatoes

  • With roasted vegetables or a crisp salad

  • Chopped up into wraps, flatbreads, or stir-fries

🔄 Variations:

  • Add ginger to the glaze for an Asian-inspired twist

  • Use maple syrup instead of honey for a deeper flavor

  • Try with smoked sausage or kielbasa — just adjust cooking time
